The China Study gives critical, life-saving nutritional information for every health-seeker in America. Every health care provider and researcher in the world must read it. Discover How To Quickly Lose Weight The Healthy Way With New SIMPLE, CHEAP, And EASY Veggie Meal Plans www.wisdomdigest.info Stop listening to bogus “diet” claims. Take charge of your health and life and help reverse global warming, reduce starvation, and end animal abuse. www.wisdomdigest.info Whether you are a diabetic looking to cut down on your sugar intake, an active person looking to upgrade the health benefits of your daily menu, or someone concerned with not contributing to the abuse of animal rights, the vegan lifestyle comes with a multitude of benefits. Often, the vegan lifestyle is paired with a diet primarily comprised of raw foods, which takes the vegan benefits much further. The problem with the conventional diet is that by cooking our food it loses much of its health benefits, such as the vitamins, minerals and enzymes. Those are essential to our body in order to eliminate harmful toxins. The best part about the vegan diet is that you no longer have to worry about calorie restrictions or low carbohydrate intake. What you eat naturally is low in unhealthy/processed carbohydrates. This takes the hassle out of dieting

134lbs. at 5’10, lean body with little fat. Diet: light carbs, light dairy. Mostly meat, fruit and vegetables in that order. I can bench my body weight and run 3 miles without tiring. I tried veg and turned anemic according to my doctor and bloodwork, so this works for me. I’d say I am far from unhealthy.

@lukyganesh Excellent point, and I’m sure you’re right. I suspect the truth may be thathealthy people are interested in pursuing the healthiest lifestyle (and find this video :-) , and the obese (that is, the ones uninterested in losing weight) simply aren’t looking for nutritional education-related info.

@EllenRebecca3 Breakfast, wholegrain cereal with oat milk and a little honey, a cereal beverage some fruit. Lunch, a salad roll or some noodles, Dinner something home made with lots of vegetables, like Vegan lasagne, vegetable soup, homemade Chilli beans etc etc… and salad. I’m a tradesman, I used to live on a high protien diet, lots of steak. I find that now I’m vegan I eat a lot more, I’m always hungry, but I’m very active.

I don’t think grains are very good too. They are toxic unless completely processed.

@peterpan2k That is the voice of Stephan Rudnicki. He is a great narrator of audiobooks on audible.com such as Orson Scott Card’s Treason.

If people were meant to eat plant based diets we wouldn’t have to eat soy!

@UniversalTruths Unless you live in a sterile home, and don’t eat vegetables, it is highly unlikely to be b12 deficient.
